- استقلال کانونهای وکلای دادگستری: آل محمد اعتقاد راسخ دارد که برای تدارک دفاع مستقل و موثر از شهروندان، باید استقلال کانونهای وکلای دادگستری و استقلال وکلای دادگستری در موضع دفاع کاملاً ملحوظ و مراعات گردد.
- حقوق وکلا در قبال دفاع قانونی: هیچ وکیلی نباید در قبال مدافعات قانونی و حرفهای خود در معرض فشار و ماخذه قرار گیرد. جایگاه واقعی وکلای دادگستری باید شناخته شود و فرهنگ وکالت و آشنایی عموم به نقش ارزنده وکلای دادگستری کاملاً ضروری و لازم است.
- حرمت وکلا در مراجع قضایی: حرمت وکلا در مراجع قضایی و سایر مراجع مملکتی باید کاملاً منظور گردد و بدین منظور باید قوانین و مقررات جامع و روشنی وضع و به مرحله اجرا در آید.

Interviews and Consultations: Ale Mohammad has been consistently interviewed and consulted by various domestic and international news agencies, especially the Iranian Students’ News Agency (ISNA), on various legal and judicial matters.
Introduction Sessions and Lectures: During Ale Mohammad’s tenure, numerous introduction sessions and lectures were held, comprising lawyers and judicial officials of the province, particularly the chief justices of the time, fostering excellent interaction between the legal profession and the judiciary.
Defender of the Independence of Bar Associations: Ale Mohammad has been a staunch defender of the independence of bar associations and the independence of lawyers and has made significant efforts in this regard.
