Shahram Jazayeri's Case Is Under Investigation

Seyyed Mohammad Sadegh Alemohammad told the legal reporter of the Iranian Students' News Agency (ISNA) that Shahram Jazayeri's case is being examined by a special judge at the Special Economic Affairs Judicial Complex, and that "we are waiting for a hearing date to be set."

Earlier, the judge in the case had said that Jazayeri had answered about 50 questions in writing to complete the case information and still had to answer further questions. Four other defendants in the case are accused of disrupting the economic system, and the files of a hundred more defendants in this connection remain open.
